Every year, we invite local businesses to sponsor our league. After thinking of businesses in the community that we want to be affiliated with, we naturally thought of you because of your position in the community.
Sponsoring our league is not only a great way to get involved with the community, but also an amazing form of marketing for your business. Our league has over 300 players, and other teams from surrounding areas come to our facility throughout the year. By becoming a sponsor, your business will have branding in front of thousands of people and generate positive impressions on hundreds of families in the Southern Ocean County area. With that type of exposure, everyone will remember that you supported us.
We operate a year around program with spring baseball, summer tournaments, fall league travel baseball and a winter indoor clinic.
Unfortunately, baseball is expensive and not all the families in our league can afford the cost. We ask for sponsorship to help subsidize the cost of new equipment/apparel, scholarships for players who can’t afford to play, and field maintenance expenses.
We understand that you have several choices when considering different marketing and community outreach opportunities, but we truly believe that this is a great fit. If you want something a little more customized in return for your sponsorship, we are open to your ideas.
Our league is an IRS approved 501 (c) nonprofit organization, and your sponsor fee is tax deductible.
Basic Sponsor, we are asking for $400 donation in exchange for the following:
· Your business will have a sign on one of our fields fencing
· Business will be prominently displayed on our website as a friend and sponsor of our league
Scoreboard Sign Sponsor, we are asking for $2500 donation in exchange for the following:
· Business name prominently displayed on one of our electronic scoreboards for 3 years.
· Business to be prominently displayed on our website as a friend and sponsor of our league.
· In addition, we will place a separate field sign on one of our other fields fence for the three-year period at no additional cost.
New Scoreboard Sponsor, we are looking for sponsors for our new digital scoreboard for our newly renovated field. In exchange for your $3500 donation, you will receive the following:
· Business name prominently displayed on one of our electronic scoreboards for 5 years.
· Business to be prominently displayed on our website as a friend and sponsor of our league.
· In addition, we will place a separate field sign on one of our other fields fence for the five-year period at no additional cost.
Uniform Sponsor (only 1 per season, please contact if interested), Uniform sponsorship will include the following:
· Your company name and logo will be on every uniform for one season
· Company sign near our concession stand building for one season and on one of our fields fencing
· Business to be prominently displayed on our website as a friend and sponsor of our league
